Kristen Bell

Kristen is the owner of KRB Consulting Services and a Registered Dietitian with a strong background in sports nutrition. She is also a Personal Trainer and Fitness Chef in the Los Angeles Area. Kristen strives to provide the “full package” deal to her clients by equipping her clients with individualized meal plans, supplement prescriptions, and a workout regime to help them achieve their goals and reach their peak potential. She finds Crossfit to be a great fit to her passion for training, competition, and improving her overall fitness. She believes that the Paleo diet is a great fit to an athlete’s fitness regime providing ample amounts of energy, allowing them to reach their fitness goals, see the results they desire, and create a fun, nutritious and disciplined lifestyle around food.
