CrossFit

CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operations teams, military and elite and professional athletes worldwide. But do not be scared, this program can be scaled for all fitness levels. From firefighter to soccer mom, we scale the workout for your own individual capacity so you achieve the most from your workout.

We utilize functional movements that work your entire body, and we love to do them at high intensity. It will not be 30 minutes on the elliptical or using shiny machines that artificially reduce moving your body to single joints. Instead, you will do movements that your body is naturally designed to do; you will run, row, jump, climb, throw and catch, perform fast and slow lifts, and much more. We develop all 10 aspects of fitness (cardiovascular and respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy) and we do so in small, fun, group-based classes.

CrossFit is more than just a fad. It is more than just a workout routine. CrossFit is not like bootcamp or other fitness videos, it is a way of life. It is a way to strengthen and condition your body so that it will translate into all aspects of your life. We will do movements that will not just get you into the best shape of your life, but they are useful. You will be able to climb those 17 flights of stairs without being winded. You will be able to help your neighbor move a couch without much strain. You will be able to run that 5K with very little effort. It is more than just how you look. It is how you feel and how you perform.

CrossFit Cardio

CrossFit Cardio is a fast-paced workout that blends the metabolic conditioning and strength exercises found in CrossFit without heavy weightlifting. This approach to CrossFit is perfect for anyone looking to improve their endurance, stamina, flexibility, and agility. There are no prerequisites to attend a CrossFit Cardio class, and it is open to all fitness levels.

CrossFit Elements

If you have not done CrossFit before and are interested in taking our traditional CrossFit classes, you will need to complete CrossFit Elements.

Elements is not a workout, but instead a hands-on, seminar-style environment that focuses on teaching and improving form and technique among the foundational movements of CrossFit.

CrossFit Elements is designed to familiarize you with the Olympic weightlifting and Powerlifting movements that you will often find in traditional CrossFit classes. CrossFit
Elements is divided into clinics that are grouped by similar movements. You can take the clinics in any order that is convenient for you.
